Improve and master the bodyweight strength movements of CrossFit regardless of your current skill level. Get inverted and get strong! Do core work, strict strength, handstands, drills, and progressions and learn new skills.
CROSSFIT MOBILITY
Build the flexibility needed to move well and supercharge your CrossFit performance while optimising your range of motion, increasing your athletic performance, and boosting your recovery.
CROSSFIT KIDS
Start ‘em young! Our CrossFit Kids classes are ideal for future legends prep age and up. Our focus is learning through play, so all sessions are not only educational, but super fun too.
CROSSFIT TEENS
Ideal for future legends aged 12 and up, our CrossFit Teens classes are not only fun, but also focused on building fitness without putting too much pressure on growing limbs.
PERSONAL TRAINING
